- Our quality plans have several levels, from general to specific. This depends on project to project. Our quality plan explains elaborately how quality requirements will be met. It is tied to specific time frame and deliverables.
- Each department has a document quality manual. Several more detailed procedure manuals support overall company quality system manual.
- Transparent and crisp communication between customer and the team at all project levels (management, technical, operation etc. to identify customer requirements and grasp the client's vision of how SCMS can meet them).
- Accurate project specification (onsite, offshore) and thoroughly documented project planning. Mapping the project at each level.
- Logical documentation reviews (internal, external).
- Well-prepared daily/weekly conferences with customers showing day-to-day progress.
- Stringent code inspection by the Team Leaders / Project Managers.
- Innovative product verification strategies.
- Strict adherence to delivery/ deployment rules.
