The mission was to develop a digital headquarters that reflects their "Sales, Service, and Repair" ecosystem. We transformed a traditional heavy-machinery dealership into a high-performance digital showroom designed to facilitate million-euro procurement decisions and provide 24/7 technical support accessibility.

The Business Challenge

01 Inventory Velocity: With a rapidly rotating stock of new and used excavators, rollers, and loaders, the site needed a real-time management system to prevent the "stale listing" effect.

02 Brand Authority vs. Manufacturer Identity: FJS represents global giants like Kubota; the challenge was to maintain FJS's local brand equity while strictly adhering to international manufacturer branding guidelines.
